At Joes BBQs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking setup. If your new grill or accessory isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely package your item in its original box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
